Did you know that within your Google My Business (GMB) dashboard, you can create a simple, one-page website?

 

Google My Business Websites were first released in June 2017 and has now passed 36 million sites and continues a strong upward trend.

 

These websites use the data you provide in your GMB listing as content i.e photos, posts, products etc.

 

Even more reason to keep your GMB listing constantly updated.

 

These websites are a good first step for a start-up or small business that does not have the budget for a full-blown website.

 

The sites are extremely fast, fully mobile and HTTPS compliant, offer decent Call to Actions (CTA) like phone numbers, email etc and are super easy to build.

 

Currently a Google My Business website is a single page site and is home to your Google Posts, Google reviews and all the information a business upload to their GMB listing.

It is not hard to imagine these websites being expanded to multiple pages for SMBs with about sections, products, and additional transactions & CTAs.
