Managing a Critical Incident at Work.   

We are very pleased to have Catherine Wareham as our Keynote Speaker at this event.  Cathie is currently working in her own business, GPS Consulting, after 15 years as the Human Resources Leader for Reece.

She is passionate about helping business to deal with the vast array of people issues they confront.  This is across a range of different small to large businesses in the areas of both HR and OHS.    She is looking to also bring that skill and experience to give back to the community.

Cathie is a board member of OARA (Osophageal Atresia Research Association) which she joined to help the organisation to continue grow and develop.

The key takeaway message that Cathie shares in her presentation is – be prepared in advance – because when a critical incident happens it can be overwhelming!
