Working with Generation Ys

For some working with Generation Y is straight forward process.  For others it can be fraught with challenges, especially if you are a Baby Boomer.  The theme of our member-only October Forum is to examine the various generations, explore the differences in their approaches to work/life balances and find successful working behaviours that will benefit business relationships with them.

This broad topic will be addressed in an open format and it will give members a great opportunity to have staff involved in the discussions too.  Please register a work colleague from a different generation to come along with you –  What you need and what they need is what it’s all about !
