Kerrie Nobes

 

Kerrie Nobes is a facilitator and coach who works with leaders, business owners and teams to create learning opportunities that are both practical and engaging.  She creates bespoke workshops that are outcome driven and interactive and works with teams to create cohesion and productivity.

Kerrie has a breadth of experience in facilitating different industries in creating customer service excellence and has held customer focused roles her entire working life – nursing, sales and business development, managerial & regional roles in pharmaceutical, learning & development, culture change projects etc.

She facilitates both the Diploma of Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, and Certificate IV in Leadership & Management, both which include customer service units.

Some of the clients Kerrie has worked with around Customer Service (albeit through a range of employers) are:   our own Manningham City Council, Moorabool Council, Whittlesea Council, Melton City Council, COLES, Mercedes-Benz, Monash University, Corporate Fleet Control, wide range of Education and Health services.   This covers everyone from exec teams in large corporations through to solo business owners.

Kerrie prides herself on being approachable, realistic and focused on the needs of anyone she is working with.
