About Victor Nia

Victor Nia, a father of two young kids, is a business and management consultant with more than 15 years of experience across various aspects of an organization ranging from leadership, strategic management, business process management, performance evaluation, ERP/CRM implementation and consulting/support.

Victor has worked his entire career in many consulting projects locally and internationally, servicing clients in various industries and sectors whilst leading a team of talented and high performing consultants.

Back in 2019, Victor decided to leave the corporate world and start his own consulting company.
