Born and residing in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, I understand the importance a thriving small and medium business sector has on the local community. From supporting organisations such as sporting clubs, schools, the CFA, the arts movement, and employing locals and investing in infrastructure, the SME sector is the backbone of the community.

I greatly enjoy the opportunity of working with the small and medium business sector to assist them in achieving their business and personal goals. Having a background across a wide variety of industries, and working for both family-owned businesses, and large multinational organisations in roles such as National General Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness Manager and National Sales and Marketing, I bring a breadth of experience and knowledge gleaned over the last 30 years. This is complemented by formal qualifications of an MBA and Master of Marketing from the Melbourne Business School.

My other passions are sport and teaching, being a qualified teacher and professional sporting coach in the Eastern suburbs. The parallels between sport and business are strong and are focused on assisting and advising people, teams and businesses to perform to their highest capability.
