Performance Under Pressure.

Kate Smolenska started her career as an Engineer, working across the globe in private and public sectors and making her way into senior leadership roles.  She has spent over 15 years working as a Safety Professional, where performance and results are a key focus. Kate now focuses on engineering high performance behaviours within individuals, teams and organisations.

In her Keynote Address, Performance Under Pressure, Kate will cover important points such as …

  1. Understanding our pressure response: To perform under pressure, we need to be aware of what we think of pressure, what behaviours we demonstrate and identify what helps us to thrive in pressure situations.
  2. Re-setting priorities vs holding onto the goal posts: Pressure situations can require the rapid readjustment of priorities – but we need to keep our purpose in focus.
  3. Top Tips for building resilience – there are things we can think, feel and do to build our resilience. But first, we need to identify which resilience zone we’re in.

We look forward to having you join us for this information packed Business Connection meeting.
