Teamwork Matters
There is no doubt about the passion Kerrie Nobes of Kreating New Collaborations has for creating a positive workplace culture. We are thrilled that she is coming to our July Business Breakfast to share her professional expertise with our members and guests.
We can’t take workplace culture lightly. The way we approach our work, its employees and clients/customers, is at the heartbeat of any business and so Kerrie’s presentation will focus on what we can do to create and drive a positive workplace culture – without spending excess dollars.
Yes, there are many tools available that can hasten the process, however, there are numerous valuable ‘take away’ strategies that Kerrie can offer business owners to help build high performing cultures without external help. Her focus will therefore be on internal measures to help our culture flourish and ensure the workforce represents the business with efficiency and intent.
Elements of her presentation will include:
- Understanding what culture means in business
- Artificial harmony
- Identifying the present culture, and then how we’d like it to look
- Knowing how to assess our team culture
- Strategies we can lead and share within our workplace:
- Creating high quality connections
- Ways to understand where the team is ‘at’
- How to build an environment of engagement and autonomy.
Kerrie is generously offering a door prize of one complimentary 1-hour professional consultation for one participating guest as a follow-up benefit towards developing an appropriate cultural plan for the business.
Easy car parking, a terrific venue, a warm welcome and a light breakfast complement her presentation on the day.
So please reserve your place HERE for some outstanding networking and Kerrie’s highly topical keynote address at our 9 July 2024 Business Breakfast.
